Requests for refunds for CAPITOL LITTLE LEAGUE are reviewed by the executive board.

No Refunds will be made after March 10, 2018. There is a $15 processing fee for all refunds.

IF we are unable to place your child on a team, you will receive a full refund.

NOT appearing at tryouts or practice DOES not constitute withdrawal from league-YOU must notify the league president by March 1, 2018 IF you are NOT continuing with the league.

Failure to notify the league president by March 1 of player withdrawal from league will result in full forfeiture of player fees.

Family discounts of $10 per player are applied throughout the entire registration period for each player registered from same address/family. This discount applies in addition to the early discount.

Challenger Division fees are waived for Challenger players-no coupon is needed. We have a sponsor who is paying the uniform costs for NEW Challenger players and any needed uniform replacement for RETURNING Challengers from 2015 & 2016. We are asking RETURNING players to use their existing uniforms if possible but we will replace whatever is needed due to wear or growth.

Parents should register for the highest division they believe their child should attempt based on the child's League Age, prior division and ability. See 2018 League Age Chart to verify League Age.

More information is available on Player Placement and Levels of Play however as a general guideline:

U5 (T-Ball) is for League Age 4 & 5 and some League Age 6 with no baseball experience

U8 (AA machine pitch) is for League Age 6 to 8.

U10 (Minors) is for League Age 9 to 10 with some talented League Age 8 players.

U12 (Majors) is for League Age 11 to 12 with some talented League Age 9 players.

U13 (Intermediate) is for League age 11 to 13.

Challenger (Special Needs) is League Age 5 and over.

Players League Age 8 who want to be considered for Minors and/or post season play on the Tourament of Champions 8-9-10 post season team MUST have a pre-season skills evaluation to determine which division is most appropriate for their placement/draft

Most League Age 8 year olds will likely be placed in Machine Pitch, some will be invited to the Minors draft. Players who are League Age 7 may request an evaluation.

Players who played in Capitol Little League Spring 2017 as Minors or Majors are property players of their 2017 team UNLESS they request a team change. HOWEVER ALL MINORS, MAJORS AND U14 PLAYERS MUST HAVE A SKILLS EVALUATION EVEN IF RETURNING TO THEIR SAME 2017 TEAM.

Fall Ball players are NOT property players unless they were also on the same Spring team.

Player skills evaluations will take place in FEB--exact date, time and location TBD.
