League Boundaries
Posted Oct 24, 2014

Capitol Little League is in WA District 3.

We serve Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater and most of Thurston County.

NEW FOR 2018--CHALLENGER PLAYERS (SPECIAL NEEDS) DO NOT HAVE TO RESIDE IN LEAGUE BOUNDARIES IF THERE IS NO CHALLENGER PROGRAM IN THEIR LEAGUE OR DISTRICT.

For now, see our league boundary map or type your street address into the Little League- League Finder to determine IF you reside within the Capitol Little League boundaries.

You may be asked to submit  proof of residency which shows your physical address.

IF your child attends school in the Griffin, Olympia, Tumwater or North Thurston School Districts AND you live outside our boundaries you may still be considered as eligible for Capitol Little League.

A school enrollment form can be used to verify that your child is attending school within the league boundaries AND as your proof of residency.  Once completed this form can be used from year to year as long as your child attends the same school; so you should retain for your records.

The school enrollment form can also be used for proof of residency for post season tournament play.

NOTE--SCHOOL ENROLLMENT FORM/S MUST BE SIGNED BY THE PRINCIPAL, VICE PRINCIPAL, DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT OR ASSISTANT DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT IN ORDER TO MEET LITTLE LEAGUE RULES.  FORMS SIGNED BY SCHOOL SECRETARY OR REGISTAR WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT DISTRICT LEVEL FOR POST SEASON PLAY.

In some cases, the league may obtain a waiver for your child to play in our league even though he does not live in or attend school in our boundaries.  Waiver's are case by case and require a request to the League President at president@capitollttleleague.org  PLAYERS GRANTED A WAIVER MAY NOT PLAY ON A DISTRICT TOURNAMENT TEAM, THEY MAY PLAY ON TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPION POST SEASON TEAM.
