ITS A GO! NEW DATE FEB 16 FOR PLAYER EVALUATION UNIFORM FITTING & IN PERSON SIGN UP

RESCHEDULED --Player evaluations, uniform fitting and in person registration
NOTE DUE TO SCHOOL CLOSURES THIS IS BASED ON SCHOOL ACTUALLY OPENING--scheduling staff have reserved the spaces for us.

NEW DATE IS FEB 16 2019 Reeves Middle School 2200 Quince NE Olympia (eastside).  Check in at the Commons and evaluations are in the gym.  SEE schedule below.  We recognize this is a 3 day weekend and some folks have plans we will have make up days--see below.

Please have players wear tennis shoes to preserve gym floors.

There are NO evaluations for T-Ball, AA machine pitch or Challenger divisions.

Managers and coaches for minors and above—please plan to be at Reeves by 8 AM to help set up and get your evaluation materials—one set per team.  Any extra help is appreciated with evaluation management and help with check in.  We would appreciate coaches helping with a couple of league ages before or after those they are evaluating—tasks like throwing pitches to hitters, timing runners, etc.

ALL players wishing to play Minors and above MUST have a pre-season evaluation even IF they are returning to previous teams.  This is a requirement to be eligible for post season tournaments (All Stars).

  • Players should report by their League AGE --that is the age they will be as of August 31, 2019.
  • IF your player is unable to make this evaluation, a make-up evaluations will be held on FEB 20 (league age 11-14) & FEB 21 (league age 8-10) at Michael T. Simmons Gym beginning at 6 PM.   Players who can’t make either date will require an evaluation (appointment only) by a player agent prior to their first practice.
  • Please have your player report at least 15 minutes before their evaluation time to check in and get their evaluation number.
  • Players needing a different time due to prior commitment should send info to me at [email protected] so I can be sure we can accommodate the request.

In person registration is available from 9 AM to 3:30 PM at Reeves in the Commons areaIF your player is over league age 8 and wants to play Minors or above please plan on arriving at least 30 minutes before the scheduled evaluation time for their age group to complete paperwork. HOWEVER BE AWARE THAT MOST DIVISIONS ARE NOW WAIT LISTED EXCEPT CHALLENGER (SPECIAL NEEDS).
