WE need help at our District 8-10 Tournament starting July 6

Capitol Little League is hosting the District 8-10 Tournament.

We need folks to do the following:
Help in concessions stand
Keep Score
Keep Pitch Count
Announce the game/s
50/50 Raffle
Prep and repair the field/s

The tournament starts this SAT July 6 with 3 games at:
10 AM
Noon
2:30 PM

SUN July 7
10 AM
Noon
2:30 PM

MON & TUES July 8 & 9
Games on Field 3 & 4 start time 5:30 PM

WED, THUR and FRI July 10, 11 & 12
Games on Field 3 & Field 4 at 5:30 PM

Job Descriptions
Prep and Repair fields --rake, drag, line and repair mound/home plate as needed.
Scorekeeper--keep the official "book" for the game/s experience keeping a book is required
Pitch count--keep the official pitch count on a pitch count sheet--experience is helpful
Announcer--announce players, substitution, make announcements as needed. Clear voice required.
50/70 raffle-see tickets, turn in $$
Help in Concessions stand no experience needed but it is helpful.
