SPRING 2025 SIGNUPS

Spring 2025 signups are closing January31, 2025. 

Players who are signed up by that date will be placed on teams. 

We will keep a wait list until FEB 10, 2025 but players on the waitlist will be added to teams only if there is space available. 

Challenger players and coaches should also signup by January 31 as well!  We were not able to roll over team from last year's roster this year.

So don't miss out!!

Head Coaches should to be signed up by January 31 as well so they are included in the player evaluations, draft and team placement events. 
We usually have openings for assistant coaches and team volunteers after teams are formed, so the volunteer signup is open for the entire season.

T-Mobile Grants-
The Grant application opened January 16 and will be open until February 5.  

T-Mobile is opening the application window each day at 10 AM PST and closing when they reach 650 applications EACH DAY.

IF you apply and don't have an answer by January 29, please reach out to me so I can process the signup for your player and leave a balance due that can be paid when you get the grant.  IF you don't receive a grant, we can work out a scholarship for your player.  My email is [email protected]

Player Evaluations

Tee Ball and AA players DO NOT NEED A PLAYER EVALUATION-exception ANY league age 9 player wanting to stay in AA must have a player evaluation.  

Who needs a KID PITCH player evaluation?

          1. Kid pitch players moving up a division will need a player evaluation. 

          2. Players who did NOT play in Kid Pitch divisions at Capitol Little League Spring 2024 will need a player evaluation.

          3. Kid pitch players requesting a change from their 2024 Spring team.

          4. Players who played AA in Spring 2024 and who are moving up to MINOR for 2025.

          5. ANY league age 7 wanting to play KID pitch must have a player evaluation. 

Who doesn't need a KID PITCH player evaluation?

        1.  2024 Kid Pitch players returning to the SAME KID PITCH TEAM in the SAME division for Spring 2025.
       
        2.  Challenger, Tee Ball and AA players

NO CLEATS ALLOWED DURING EVALUATION
WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHES
IF YOU HAVE BAT, BATTING HELMET AND GLOVE BRING IT OTHERWISE WE HAVE THEM AVAIBABLE TO USE DURING EVALUATION

UNIFORM FITTING AND USED EQUIPMENT BANK
will be open during the player evaluations in the commons area of Peter G Schmidt from 9 AM to 3 PM each day FEB 8 and FEB 22. 

ALL PLAYERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO HAVE A UNIFORM FITTING. 
 
If you need gently used baseball cleats or gloves or batting gloves we will have the equipment bank available at the player evaluation.

You can donate gently used equipment either of those days as well!
