Due to Seattle Mariners post season game on Sunday afternoon,
The Annual meeting of Capitol Little League will be Monday Oct 6, 6:30 PM at the Tumwater Valley Athletic Club 4833 Tumwater Valley DR SE in the youth activities room. 

The election of board members for 2026 is the main order of business.

Other agenda items will include review of 2025 season/s, financial report, planning for the 2026 seasons. 

Please consider coming to the meeting and joining the board!

All Board Members: The Capitol Little League Board, elected and at large, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the league within the rules, regulations and policies of Little League. Dedication to the goals and purpose of Little League is inherent in the volunteer aspect of those who serve. Each position is a one-year term and there are no “legacy” positions.

Once elected by the membership, the board then electsT the officers.

The following positions are required to be filled:

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Player Agent/s 
• Safety Officer
• Information Officer
• Umpire in Chief (appointed)

We are looking for people to fill these positions as well.

• Registrar
• Uniform Coordinator

• Division Coordinator/s

• Snack Bar/Concessions Manager

Coaching Coordinator

• Scheduler
• Equipment manager

• Field Manager/Facilities Manager
• Event Coordinator/s
• Fundraising/Sponsorship Chair

• Member/s at large
