Capitol Little League Fields closed Effective 8 AM October 8 2020

Wolbert's will be applying weed and feed products to grass areas and a vegetation control product to dirt areas, batting cages and fence lines starting Thursday October 8 about 8 AM.

In order for these products to be most effective, the dirt infield area's need to remain undisturbed for at least 3 months. Grass will not be mowed for at least 2 weeks.

In addition, children and pets should not be in contact with the products for at least 72 hours after application.

We know folks use the fields to practice or keep in shape in the off season, but we need to keep folks safe as we do this Fall/Winter maintenance as well as getting maximum benefit of the products.

Therefore, the fields and batting cages are closed effective Thursday 8 AM. Thanks for understanding.
