A pitch count record needs to be kept for every game in Minors division and above.  It is recommended both teams keep pitch count for each pitcher (home and away) so they can resolve any discrepancies before leaving the field.

Pitch count log records ALL actual pitches including foul balls.  The days rest threshold and maximum pitches per day information is on the pitch count sheet for easy reference. 

Pitch counts are reported under schedule/scores on the Website.
