2026 BASEBALL SEASON:

Online registration for Spring 2026 will open on November 1, 2025 for players and team volunteers (head coach, coach and team helper).  SEE GIRLS SOFTBALL TAB FOR THAT REGISTRATION. 

Player Registration will close on January 31, 2026.  THE WAIT LIST REGISTRATION IS OPEN UNTIL FEB 10--you may sign up but placement on teams is not guaranteed.   

Please note it is extremely helpful to us in assigning players, IF you chose the SCHOOL as proof of residency and check the school your player attends.  YOU should  be able to click past the "proof of residency uploads and upload a school enrollment form at anytime during the season. SEE information on residency later in this article.

Team staff registration will remain open until end of season to allow for adding staff as needed.

Payment
You can pay in full on sign up
OR
Elect a payment plans (Note on payment plans--the installment dates are fixed by the system, so if  you sign up AFTER a specific payment plan date has passed you will pay ALL Installments due at the date of signup).   Payment is due on signup up with subsequent payments on December 10, 2025 and January 10, 2026
 

Family Discount of $10 per player is applied to the second player and subsequent players from each family.

Refunds--full refund will be made upon notification of withdrawal by MARCH 10.  After March 10, there will be a $60 refund fee applied to cover cost of uniform. 

Transaction fees:

There is a $3 per transaction fee for each payment transaction processed online. 
The league is also paying about 4% for each banking transaction. 
The $3 fee is not charged per player but per total transaction so if you register multiple players the fee will be $3 for all players on the transaction--IF you wait to pay until you have ALL the players in your family signed up its just one transaction fee. 

Scholarships and Grants

The league does have scholarships available.  You will be asked to pay $15 for every player regardless of scholarship status to go to our new fields. You can apply for a scholarship by emailing [email protected]

T-Mobile and Dick's Grants will be available soon--we will update the website with links to those programs--however, usually there are income requirements in the application process for those grants. 


Residency

Our Little League Boundaries are those players who reside within OR attend school (public or private) within the boundaries of the Griffin, Olympia, Tumwater, North Thurston School Districts.  

Players league age 7 and younger can elect to play in ANY Little League AND their older siblings are then eligible to play in the same League.

Proof of residency is required either by submitting 3 proof of residencies dated between FEB 1, 2025 and FEB 1, 2026 from this list (which is not updated for 2026 dates).   Or  a school enrollment form   A school enrollment form has to be done ONLY once as long as the player attends the same school and substitutes for the 3 proof of residencies. 

Which division?
Check the website tab which describes the various divisions of coed baseball, girls softball and Challenger (diffentially abled players)

Change teams? 
The signup forms allow you to specify coach and teammate requests.  IF you want a different coach for your player you must specify that on the signup or send an email request to [email protected] BEFORE January 22. 

Practices
You have the opportunity to select dates YOUR player is NOT available for practices and we will make every effort to honor those, however IF  you have specific requests for teammates and coaches that can become difficult honor practice dates and other requests. 

We also practice at several elementary schools in the Olympia, Lacey and Griffin area based on coach's request for location and practice days. 

We will post practice schedules online ASAP after teams have been formed.
